Full biography
I am a graduate of the University of York, in Physics with Astrophysics.
I look after the telescopes at the University, teach first and second undergraduates in observational techniques on optical and solar telescopes and supervise project students on optical and solar observational projects. I ocassionally represent our Outreach team, engaging people from the young to the old.
I am also interested in sports, predominantly triathlon but happy to run and cycle, road or mud, and have run London marathon in 3:31.
