Lectures

My experiences as a Meteor Hunter

After watching the Perseids in August 2024 I set out to try to get some good photographs of meteors using ordinary photographic equipment, despite living in an area with strong light pollution. Because I'm an artist as well as a scientist, the aesthetic aspects were important to me. The lecture follows my trials and tribulations, and the discoveries I made on the toad to success.
