Full biography
I'm a self-taught astrophotographer with a deep passion for the stars and the beauty of the night sky. Traveling across Scotland, I aim to capture the breathtaking views of its world-renowned nighttime landscapes.
My mission is to inspire more people to look up and appreciate the wonders of the cosmos. Through sharing my work on social media, leading hands-on workshops, and engaging with astronomy and photography communities, I hope to ignite that same sense of awe in others.
On the 'Scotland’s Night Sky' Facebook page, I keep everyone updated on celestial events visible over Scotland, including meteor showers, ISS transits, moonrises, and Northern Lights forecasts.
Once a year, I venture to the Arctic—either Iceland or northern Norway—to capture the mesmerizing Northern Lights.
